• Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers around the world through our fulfillment partners.
• Estimated delivery times:
• South Africa:** 7–20 business days
• United States:** 5–15 business days
• Canada:** 7–18 business days
• United Kingdom:** 5–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand:** 7–18 business days
• Europe:** 5–15 business days
• Other International Locations:** 10–25 business days

• Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
• Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available).
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.
• Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different dates.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable suppliers and shipping carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
• Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
